Guest Lecture

M.S. College of Law successfully organized a guest lecture on “A Doctoral and Empirical Analysis of Court Judgements Influencing GST Policy Evolution” on Tuesday, April 21, from 5:15 PM to 6:45 PM on Google Meet. The session was delivered by Mr. Yogesh Ingle, whose expertise in the subject brought significant academic value to the event. The lecture focused on the critical role played by judicial decisions in shaping and evolving the Goods and Services Tax (GST) framework in India.
